I've been involved in real estate for over 40 years, in residential and commercial properties I have bought and sold. As a buyer and seller of real estate, I know how you think and what you want. MY BACKGROUND:
I was born in Nogales, Arizona. I'm a native of one of the most beautiful states in the union. I'm a veteran of the U.S. Navy. My wife of over 40 years and I decided to move to Prescott Valley from Southern California after my having practiced as a Doctor of Optometry in Los Angeles for over 40 years. I speak Spanish fluently and am able to provide services in both languages. Having received many certificates and awards from my profession and civic involvement over the years, the one I covet most is the "Honorary Service Award" from the California Congress of Parents, Teachers and Students, Inc. to recognize "exceptional service and contribution to the children and youth of La Cañada". I have lived in Hollywood, Los Angeles, Los Feliz, Ojai, La Cañada Flintridge and Rancho Cucamonga, all in California.

CIVIC ACTIVITIES:

For eight years dedicated himself to being the Chairman, organizing and running a Carnival for the La Cañada Music Parents Association in California being responsible for fundraising close to $100,000.00 cumulative in that time specifically earmarked to be used for the cultural and educational enrichment of the Instrument Music Department of the La Cañada High and Junior High Schools.
