We will analyze your property and provide you with a FREE Comparative Marketing Analysis which will give you a great starting point for your asking price. This research looks at other current listings, pending sales, and recent sales. With this information, you will choose your asking price. As long as your asking price for your home is comparable to other similar properties, we should have no problems finding a ready, willing and able buyer for you. We may even have a buyer waiting for your type of property to come on the market right away.
We will help and advise you on what you need to do to put your home in "ready to sell" condition. Staging your home to make prospective buyers want to buy is important to help you get the highest possible price for your home. We'll show you how.
In a "seller's" market, don't be surprised if you get multiple offers. It is our job to help you successfully navigate through the entire procedure for top dollar. We'll handle the paperwork and coordinate with the buyer's lender, escrow and title company to make sure everything is handled efficiently ensuring that YOUR interests are our highest priority.
